Sup guys, I haven't been very active on TTnet for a while but I promise you my Z addiction is alive and well. I have to share, about a month ago I happen to be on track at the same time as another member in his 90's era F1 car! Unfortunately I didn't get to experience being passed by an F1 car. He was only out for six or seven laps and was taking it pretty easy. It was amazing to be able to check out the car in the garage. It takes about three hours just to prep it for start up. All the fluid heaters have to bring it everything up to temperature first. I kept watching the mirrors hoping to see him coming and maybe he'd blow by at 200mph on one of the straights. But then again, maybe it's better as that would have been a little scary. Here's a link to some pics from Watkins Glen, there are more of the Z if you scroll forward to the 2nd page.
